About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience in mental health and a decade of experience in social services. As a queer auDHD chronically ill person I bring my own lived experience as part of my foundation for providing support and services. I strive to provide a space where you are the expert in your life while reducing the need to explain overarching concepts related to identity, experience and community.

Who I work with

I work with folks from all sorts of backgrounds and experiences, including parenting, Complex PTSD, gender identity and auDHD challenges.

The most common challenges I support folks with are identifying and managing burn out, unmasking, healing from complex trauma, learning about the way your brain functions, coping with chronic illness like hEDS, POTS, MCAS, and/or migraine, and creating systems of support that make your daily life easier.

Services and Fees

I offer individual psychotherapy services with a focus on coping skills, understanding emotions and the role our nervous system plays in the distress we experience allowing folks to show up authentically and experience less stress, pain and discomfort. My work includes providing affirming trauma-informed services for LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, chronically ill and ethically non-monogamous folks.

I also provide professional consultation services for mental health providers, social workers and folks in helping professions.
